Training
As a 7 year old kid Aaron first started out learning the organ for about two and a half years, and then proceeded to study classical piano for approximately 5 years. He then studied modern piano with teacher Brian Carrig for about 2 years. He has also studied jazz/contemporary piano with Steve Sedergreen who’s a popular local Melbourne jazz pianist with various tv debuts under his belt and is a prominent figure in the Australian jazz scene.
Aaron also studied music at Melbourne University(college of the arts), whilst attending there he studied with famed American jazz piano player Mickey Tucker for a year.
